* Rates do not include 11.5% county & state tax.
* Rates are based on double or quad occupancy depending on room type. Extra person charges may apply. Guest must notify the property in advance when extra persons are added.
* All reservations are processed by hand within 18 hours and are subject to room type availability and suitability.
* Check-in time is 3:00pm. Check-out time is 10:00am.
* No smoking.
* Pet friendly units available at no additional charge - owners must sign pet agreement upon check-in.
* Late arrivals please find your instructions on our office door.
* No persons under 21 allowed without an adult.
Exclusions regarding furry friends: * In accordance with our insurance, we are unable to accept the following dog breeds on property: Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, Dobermans, Rottweilers, Chow Chows, Akitas, Huskys, Wolf Hybrids, Presa Canarios
Please note that you may pick up your room key and grounds map from the onsite Gulf Breeze Cottages Arrival Box located on the office door; please leave room keys in the same box when you depart. All service requests should be made by phone or email.
